Structure of the program

Shirsasana

The weekly meeting includes: asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation (Savasana), meditation, mental techniques, mantra singing, lecture, discussion or debate, and closes with a light vegetarian meal (soup/ salad).

The continuity of weekly meetings and the small group size enable a systematic training and individual coaching. Each week, new exercises are recommended and tasks for daily life are given. In this way you are able and encouraged to put what you have learned into practice right away.

Three times a year there is an intensive weekend in Rotterdam and once a year an intensive week at the seminar house Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg, Germany. Without the  distractions of your everyday life you can experience the depth of just being and bring your practice to a new level. The spiritual atmosphere and tranquility of this powerful place will support deep experiences during meditation. During the summer break, between Christmas and New Year and on public holidays there will be no classes.
